Mowing and edging, weeding, blowing and debris removal — the whole property groomed at one visit, for a uniform look across the grounds.
Pruning & tree trimming
Specialist pruning crews under an experienced crew leader, working to your shapes and heights — photographs included where the finish matters.
Fertilization & insect control
Custom-blended fertilizer with insect control, applied by trained, qualified staff, plus soil and plant testing and Arborjet tree and palm treatments.
Irrigation
Inspections, adjustments and repairs by trained technicians — and new low-flow or high-flow systems designed to maximize cover and cut water waste.
Landscape lighting
Inspection and maintenance of what you have, or planning and installing path, accent and function lighting so the garden works after dusk.

Greenscapes is a Sarasotan family owned and run company with over 35 years’ experience. We are not a huge national company that maintains your landscape ‘by the numbers’. We rely entirely on our reputation in Sarasota and Manatee counties — we succeed or fail on people’s experience of our service.
And we are sizeable enough to take responsibility for large associations: our largest currently has about 400,000 square feet of lawn alone.
- Specialized, not generalized. Pruning, mowing, fertilization and irrigation are each handled by trained specialists rather than one crew doing a bit of everything.
- In, done, out. We complete the work across your whole property at one time and then leave you to enjoy your outside space.
- Communication included. A named Account Manager, an annual schedule, quarterly inspections and a written log of horticultural issues — at no additional charge.
